  • Exhibit Registration Opens: 7:00 am PDT on Tuesday, July 27, 2021.
  • Training Webinar for Exhibitors: TBA in the weeks leading up to the event. This will be recorded and shared with those not able to join live.
  • Jujama Access for Exhibitors to Upload and Proof Content: Starting Tuesday, September 21, 2021. The deadline to have your exhibit ready for the public is Monday, October 4 as attendees will be able to see your exhibit from Tuesday, October 5 onward.
  • Exhibit Registration Closes: Monday, October 4, 2021.
  • Attendee Access to Jujama: From Tuesday, October 5, 2021 onward.

Following the Live Event: Recorded sessions and Solutions Square will be accessible to all attendees for six weeks, through Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

Each Exhibit Registration Includes:

  • Two free full conference registrations with full access to sessions and networking events.
  • Company logo and description listed on

  • Six weeks of hosting on the Jujama platform following the live event (through November 30, 2021).

  • Straightforward Exhibit Design: Choose a promotional image or recording as your primary exhibit image, upload your company description, logo, photos, videos, documents and social media information and you are all set. Please see sample image.
  • Video Meeting Appointment System: You can preschedule one-on-one or group meetings with those clients and attendees you are looking to connect with.
  • Give Away Drawing: For exhibitors who choose to participate and supply a prize, a give away button at your exhibit can be activated and attendees who choose to enter the drawing share their contact information with you.
  • Chat Now: Assign one staff member to field any attendee enquiries that come in over the text based “Chat Now” feature – leaving the rest of your staff able to focus on connecting with attendees in scheduled meetings, while attending sessions, and in the networking area and events.
  • URL Link Button: This optional button can be used to provide attendees with instant access to a virtual meeting room to say hello to your team, or it can be used to streamline attendee access to any other url address (scheduling systems, surveys, polls, and so on). Simply add a url address, add text for the launch button, and this flexible feature is all set. Please note, exhibitors must supply the url address and any systems (virtual room, survey, poll, etc.) they would like to connect attendees with.
  • Exhibit Reports: Following each live programming day, and on request, you will receive an exhibit report outlining who visited your exhibit and what documents or videos they clicked on.

Exhibit Rules And Regulations

  1. Show Management. The exhibition is organized and managed by Localization World Ltd. Any matters not covered in these Rules and Regulations are subject to the interpretation of Localization World, Ltd. and all exhibitors must abide by their decisions. Show management shall have full power to interpret, amend and enforce these rules and regulations. Localization World, Ltd. reserves the right to reject any application that in its judgment is not appropriate for the LocWorld Conference and reserves the right to curtail exhibits or parts of exhibits that reflect against the character of the conference. Each exhibitor, for themselves and their employees, agrees to abide by the foregoing rules and regulations.
  2. Included in Exhibit Registration. Each exhibit registration comes with a company-branded logo, brief company description and space for an image on the exhibit hall page, logo placement on the page will be determined by alphabetical order of company name. Each virtual exhibit includes: space for a branding image, with optional featured video placement, and a detailed company description along with optional location, social media links, and website fields; live chat feature, meeting system, document, photo and video uploads, optional ‘give away’ button feature, and optional URL link button feature; a company listing with hyperlink on and two (2) free full conference attendee registrations. Additional attendee registrations are available through the regular attendee registration link.
  3. Design and Schedule for Exhibits. The elements of the company’s exhibit, meaning any logos, images, videos, documents and information, must be completed and uploaded to the exhibit page before the exhibit hall opening date of Tuesday, October 5, 2021. All exhibits will be accessible to attendees on the event’s virtual platform for six weeks following the event (Tuesday, November 30, 2021), after which point the exhibit will be ‘dismantled’ and access to any data will have ended.
  4. Failure to Occupy Space. Exhibits that have not been propagated with an exhibiting company’s information by Tuesday, October 5, 2021 will be categorized as “not occupied” and will be forfeited by the exhibitor. This space may be resold, reassigned or used by the exhibit management without refund.
  5. Rates, Refunds and Cancellation. Space will be rented at the rates listed on the official exhibit application. No application will be processed or space assigned without full payment. A full refund, minus a USD 50 processing fee will be made if written notice of cancellation is received by Localization World 60 days in advance of the conference. A 50% refund will be given if written notice of cancellation is received 30 days in advance. No refund will be given if notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days before the conference. If an exhibitor cancels or does not utilize their contracted exhibit space, the complimentary conference registrations will be null and void. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the LocWorld Exhibits Manager. Localization World, Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the conference without prior notice. Localization World, Ltd.’s liability is limited to a refund of the exhibit and related registration fees.
  6. Subleasing of Space. Exhibitors may not assign, sublet or apportion to others the whole or any part of the space allocated.
  7. Sales. Any on-site selling must comply with all laws regarding taxes.
  8. Events. Any function, event or meeting sponsored by an exhibitor must be scheduled in advance through LocWorld and must not conflict with the conference schedule.
  9. Loss or Damage. Neither Localization World, Ltd., its sponsors, their employees or agents will be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or the exhibitor’s property. By agreeing to these terms the exhibitor releases Localization World, Ltd., its sponsors, their employees and agents from any agreement to indemnify them against any and all claims for loss, damage or injury.
  10. Termination. If the conference is terminated due to picketing, strike, embargo, pandemic, injunction, act of war, act of terrorism, act of God, or a state of emergency declared by a government agency, the exhibitor waives any and all damages. Localization World may, after deducting all costs and expenses including a reserve for claims, refund to the exhibitor the prorated amount of all funds paid by the exhibitor.
  11. Use of Platform. All exhibiting companies and their representatives are required to use the platform as intended.
  12. Data Use. Localization World, Ltd. is a GDPR-compliant company. By agreeing to these terms, you accept its privacy policy, and agree to use information you gather in GDPR compliance.
  13. Violations. Violation of any of these Rules and Regulations by the exhibitor or its employees or agents shall at the option of Localization World, Ltd. forfeit the exhibitor’s right to occupy space and such exhibitor shall forfeit all monies paid or due. Upon evidence of violation, show management may take possession of the space occupied by the exhibitor, and may remove all persons and goods at the exhibitor’s risk. The exhibitor shall pay all expenses and damages Localization World, Ltd. may incur thereby.

Quick Tips For Social Media Success

  1. Start your promotion as soon as you have signed up as a sponsor or exhibitor at the event! This will help build interest in your participation early, leading to greater interest by the time of the event. You don’t need to post heavily early on, but it’s great to kickstart the excitement once your engagement is confirmed.
  2. Plan your social media presence during the event. Who will be attending from your company? What will their roles be? How can they be involved in social media engagement? Involve the whole team if possible!
  3. 1 month out – step up your promotion. Start talking about what attendees can look forward to when connecting with you virtually. New products? Demos? Raffles?
  4. Make sure you use the official hashtag!! Each conference has its own special hashtag to make finding and re-sharing content easy for everyone. Using the hashtag will ensure that attendees will see your posts and our social media team can more easily support your promotional efforts. All current official hashtags are listed above.
  5. Use a Social Media Dashboard. Planning the bulk of your social media posts before the actual event, using a social media dashboard like Hootsuite, is very helpful. This will save you a lot of time when you are live during the event and busy interacting with the attendees.
  6. Don’t just rely on scheduled posts – live post as well. Posting as things happen will add some additional interest to your promotion and gives you more flexibility to capitalize on events that occur on the day.
  7. Be human and have a conversation. Use a natural voice in your posts – it should feel like your colleagues are speaking to the audience, not some corporate announcement. And make sure you reply to others posts when you can – remember, it is ‘Social’ media.
  8. Go multimedia. Use pictures and video, this is also vital for virtual events. The more interesting you can make your posts – both content-wise and visually, the more effective with will be for you.
