Standard Guest Room policies:
Cancellation policy: CANCEL BY 3PM PST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO AVOID A 1 NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.
Early Departure policy: If guest/s shorten stay upon check-in, an 1 night room & tax Early departure fee is applicable. Any modifications/ changes should be modified 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
No Show policy: if guest does not show up on the arrival date, the reservation is canceled by default and room is then released. There is a No Show fee of 1 night room & tax applicable. Reinstating the room is based on hotel’s availability.
Standard Check-in is 3pm , Check-out is 12pm. Early check-in and Late check-out requests will be on a availability basis, on the day of.
