Start your conference networking at the opening reception where you can meet fellow attendees and make plans for meetings and discussions during the conference. Conveniently located at the conference hotel, the reception is open to all main conference attendees. Haven’t made it to the conference registration desk before? No worries, the registration desk will be at the opening reception, so you can pick up your badge then.

Is the weather good? Great! Then the opening reception will take place at the Hilton’s Piazza Lounge & Grill. The large outside terrace guarantees a unique summer experience, with easy mingling under the summer sky.

Just in case the weather is not so good, the opening reception will take place at the Pistaccio Lobby Bar & Lounge. With its high ceiling and abundant light, you will be comfortable while you network and make plans for the conference.

Your badge is your admission ticket. Remember to wear it! Are you just arriving that evening? The conference registration desk will be at the reception for you to pick up your badge and start networking.

All main conference attendees are invited to join us for the conference dinner, which is included as part of the registration. Your conference badge is your dinner ticket and must be worn to be admitted.
