In this presentation, we introduce a computer-aided translation (CAT) tool that defines a novel type of translation memory (TM) for maximum accessibility, usability, and productivity. Unlike any central translation management system-affiliated TM types, it gives both translation managers and translators the full power of creating, viewing, updating, and executing TM freely and easily, allowing considerable time-saving and workload-cutting through streamlined work processes. The unparalleled simplicity of the solution also allows its straightforward implementation without a starting curve, regardless of the organization being experienced in, or new to, localization.
Takeaways: Attendees will learn about a natural type of TM and see how it is used with a simple and powerful CAT tool; will see how translation and TM maintenance processes can be streamlined and increased productivity achieved using this solution; and how effortlessly this solution can be adopted and fitted into existing localization or core business processes.
