In this presentation, panelists aim to promote a discussion about adopting (partially or in full) an in-house localization delivery model. They will bring different views from both the client’s perspective and the language service provider’s perspective. They will push the boundaries of what they know about the right localization delivery model and how ‘right’ changes according to localization maturity and current trends. They will share best practices on how to use internal teams, and how to balance them with the use of external resources and decision-making criteria.
