Held in: Pembroke room
Presenter:
Alison Toon - CSA Research
Host: Ulrich Henes

Deciding on the best process for providing content to engage and satisfy customers worldwide is not an easy task, especially with the proliferation of tools including AI and machine learning, generative AI (GenAI), rules-based workflows, data mapping services, and others. An inappropriate choice may hinder efforts to streamline and optimize translation and interpreting delivery – and your investment in automation might even be ignored by the people who should benefit. The right set of tools and processes, however, can ensure delivery of the right content in the right language at the best time – and with planning, needs analysis, and investigation, it’s achievable for everyone. Based on the latest data-based research, the presenter will share why a content and process audit is important, how to begin such an analysis, and a better understanding of the variety of tools available for the mix of enterprise global content needs. This session is primarily for buyers of language services, but of interest to LSPs and technology providers as well for insights into customer behavior and requirements.
