Giving quality feedback to your translators is a very important investment into their training, motivation and retention, which eventually leads to your business growth. Translators should be aware of every correction in their deliverables, get the quality scores for each job, be able to dispute mistakes and so on to feel involved. All the feedback data should be stored and managed effectively to be used for generating corporate reports on quality. And last, but not the least, all these processes should not take too much time and effort. In this presentation we will show how it can be automated.
