Common Sense Advisory (CSA Research) launched one of the largest and most complex surveys in their history in early 2017. The survey focused on gender in language services, where more than 2,000 respondents answered questions about their personal experiences with workplace issues and policies related to gender and family. Results were bench-marked against comparable studies in various industries to understand the current gender and family landscape in the language services industry. Join our panelists who will take a deep dive into the findings and trends of this timely survey.
Takeaways: Attendees will learn how gender equality plays a role in the localization industry; get an understanding of the “facts” versus the “perceptions” of gender equality in the localization industry; and hear thoughtful discourse of how we can address the results of the survey in our respective roles.
