In this workshop, we will focus on building relationships with stakeholders. The skills and powers it takes. The types of stakeholders: relationships with product, engineering, marketing, and other departments. We will analyze the vectors of influence, depending on localization’s position in the organization, and the size of the organization. What do you tackle first? How do you sustain long-term relationships and influence? What essential kit and hacks do you need to succeed? We will bring together highly experienced localization leaders from organizations of all sizes. The focus will be on use cases from real life. This session is intended for buyer-side attendees only.
