As a globalization infrastructure architect, our speaker has been tasked to gather company data and use that data to create an infrastructure that can then be used in a dashboard to help executives plan and make decisions about the globalization of products. One question, “What percentage of revenue for product X in language Y, was spent to localize it?” can be answered with this invaluable data. It can be even more valuable if the data collection is automated and placed in an easy to interpret dashboard.
