Apart from the technology trend buzzwords “AI” and “Big Data,” some localization companies provide the one-stop content solution that includes content marketing, technical writing, design and video creation. These extra services are important for enabling companies in China to go global. The biggest challenge is to find the overseas native speaker talents (mainly content marketing) and bring them to work onsite in China. In this session, we will share Alibaba’s international user experience design best practices for how to build up the remote and in-house resource pool to provide the seamless one-stop content solution (content and design).
