Change leadership is one of the most challenging aspects of any localizer’s work, whether change has to be driven internally within the same team, across teams in the same company, or externally across buyer-supplier lines. Resistance to change is real but despite common misconceptions, it is not always driven by people’s inability to change or adopt new things. The Change Leadership panel will introduce the concept of change leadership and present case studies of various companies that have managed to successfully drive change either internally or externally across the buyer-supplier divide, and will attempt to provide some practical change management and change leadership advice to leaders of teams in various stages of localization maturity.

Takeaways: Attendees will get an understanding of the basics of change management and change leadership and learn practical tips on how to drive change in different settings and stages of localization maturity.
