Finding the right language partner is critical and if not done well could be costly and inefficient. Many companies embark on journeys to change an outdated vendor model or find their first language partner. We’ll share our experience with shortlisting vendors, evaluating and onboarding them. You’ll also hear about what a localization partner did to bring as much value as possible to the process that ultimately had a tangible impact on quality, collaboration, efficiency, and costs. Today buyers require much more than just language services, and partners need to differentiate themselves in a way that brings added value to the customers.
Takeaways: In this session buyers will learn how to select, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while vendors will learn how to add value to the clients and ultimately get selected as partners.
