Ecommerce companies working with agile methodologies need multilingual content to be delivered after every sprint. It needs to be fast and usually of high quality; there is no room for mistakes. A content team within the organization must work closely with product owners, user experience designers and developers to truly make a difference in delivering the desired content output. In this session, we will look at how to set up a team of English copywriters, content specialists and project managers to provide multiplatform content in a continuous delivery fashion while working embedded in a product organization.

Takeaways: Attendees will learn how to own the content delivery process from end to end; how to set up scalable processes, tools and best practices when working with diverse and autonomous agile teams; and how to bring multiplatform consistency to content.
