Machine translation (MT) enables multiple real-time translation scenarios across a global company — global IT desk and customer support, communication, knowledgebase and learning management. It comes with plenty of new components such as MT technology, data and AI assets, performance metrics and multiple factors of change. Also, it imposes new requirements for the internationalization (i18n) toolchain. In this session we will share insights into tracking and addressing changes in MT technology, end-user feedback and training data updates to achieve continuous improvement at scale.
