As desktop, mobile and web applications are using more and more flat resource formats, it is getting harder to test strings without user interface (UI) context. In this session we will present how to implement continuous localization that shows full UI context without installing or running an application. We use one automation testing framework to capture screenshots for desktop, mobile and web applications, and then upload screenshots to the cloud service with the original strings and translations, finally we will use a web application that let linguistic testers review the original and translated screenshots side by side.

Takeaways: Attendees will learn how to integrate automated localization testing into the continuous localization process; how to build one automation testing framework for desktop, mobile and web applications; and how to show flat resource strings with full UI context.
