Continuous localization at the enterprise scale is the north star of the strategic advantage that everyone can afford to build. Components of a highly performant localization function include disciplines that span far beyond the traditional localization project management and linguistic roles and require diverse skills: product management, internationalization software development, technical program management, and so on. In this presentation, we will offer real-life examples of how truly uninterrupted localization works, how localization leaders can achieve that by ruthless prioritization within a vision, a roadmap, and a backlog of requirements, why and how to build a highly technical team, how to manage the continuously identified technical debt, and how to architect the right infrastructure of tooling and integrations.
