Globalization teams that are scattered throughout the world are inherently fragmented, but even more so when they are part of two companies that have just completed one of the largest mergers in history. Piecing together multiple people and aligning the process in which they can work together harmoniously is difficult enough within one company, let alone two. In this session, we will detail how Dell and EMC built a global operating model that led to a single, thriving localization team that works continuously no matter where they are around the world.
