In this session we will share learnings from developing and launching an AI-powered subtitling solution for online fitness content for a 5-month pilot. The goal was to leverage MT, internal tooling and other technologies to expedite the subtitling and subtitle QC processes, while ensuring a quality experience for Members who use these auto-translated subtitles to follow a class and exercise. The in-house localization team will share insight on its approach and how it delivered high accuracy while incorporating Member feedback throughout the journey.
