How can translators satisfy global customers when the text strings they are given are incomprehensible, especially when decontextualized? Through research, we have documented the top five linguistic issues that cause problems for translators when they cannot understand a text string well enough to translate it. Translations are much faster and better when the UI text files are edited for those five global English issues before translation.
