Crowd sourcing is the buzzword of today. Many companies are diving into using the power of the crowd. We often find ourselves in a situation where we need urgent customer-level feedback or language-specific translations. Our globalization team developed a system for leveraging Adobe’s presence in 28 countries. Meet WOLF – the World Feedback Central Forum. This internal forum brings together colleagues from across the world, creating an international network of Adobe subject matter experts.

Takeaways: Attendees will learn about leveraging their internal global community to improve language quality, the international customer experience and more.
