In this round table discussion, panelists from an array of industries will share their experience and perspective on the past, current, and future role of globalization return on investment (ROI), with a special focus on the intersection with customer experience. Audience members from all roles and levels of experience in localization will enjoy a variety of perspectives on what factors have historically influenced globalization ROI, how the panelists consider ROI, and how the customer experience fits and feeds into it. The panel will also share predictions for both topics and how they may, or may not, evolve in the future.
