This presentation will show how we migrated an existing workflow to an AI-first localization platform – automating 70% of activities, saving 30% of annual human effort previously spent managing multiple content distribution tools, and improving translation quality for the Help Center. We’ll explain how we integrated standalone content repositories to automate content intake through co-design, development, and testing, addressing specific needs with customized features and ongoing development for evolving scenarios. We’ll also share the data curation performed on TMs and glossaries to improve the impact of AI on translation quality, and how we integrated MT into product demos for customer-facing teams.
