This panel discussion will focus on how Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) moved from a human, outsourced translation process to a machine translation (MT) first model across the company. They will explain how thousands of users were onboarded within a few months, how integrations with its key enterprise platform, ServiceNow, impacted the success, and how CCEP managed to drastically reduce translation costs. The session will conclude with a look into planned and future initiatives at CCEP and its global and multilingual use of ServiceNow.
