Lessons Learned from Localizing eLearning

In this session, we will discuss the localization of security awareness eLearning. KnowBe4 leads in security awareness content using interactive online learning including assessments, games, videos and self-paced modules. In 2019, KnowBe4 moved from reactive localization of materials to deciding on a core set of 34 supported languages/regions and systematically localizing a core set of materials. In this session, we will discuss the lessons learned as we reflect on this journey.

Takeaways: Attendees will hear about a process of determining the set of regions and languages to localize; learn how to come up with a plan for mobilizing various teams to work together on a common strategy for localization; and how to ensure quality of eLearning content while still delivering with speed to market.
