Localizing complex corporate websites is challenging any time, but during transformative change your team must be ready for unexpected roadblocks, changing priorities and shrinking budgets. Following the recent corporate separation of Hewlett-Packard into two new Fortune 50 companies (HP Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise) a representative of the team that transformed HP.com into two distinct internationalized websites will review their processes and share lessons learned. In this session we will address broad goals and strategies, specific challenges and solutions as well as details such as systems, tools and techniques for maintaining order in the midst of massive change.
