LocWorld Book Club: An Open Discussion of A Globalization Strategy Playbook

The Book Club is a brand-new offering at LocWorld Silicon Valley 2022. The new localization industry publication of A Globalization Strategy Playbook presents many best practices and a full global ecosystem thinking for international enterprises. Authored by seasoned global and localization leaders, A Globalization Strategy Playbook is the first work of its kind, providing both strategic globalization direction and examples for the enterprise buyer market. In this session, we will engage in interactive conversation with selected authors of the book. The moderators, Melissa Biggs and Karen Combe, will lead a discussion with attendees on overall global strategy concepts, stakeholder engagement, and metrics.

Takeaways: Attendees will learn about key techniques for success in building a solid enterprise-level global operational and business foundation.

Prerequisites for attendees: Read either the entire book or selected sections of A Globalization Strategy Playbook.
