Chinese companies operate and expand globally at scale. They have a winning formula that few industries and economies have been able to replicate. In our 2019 experiment with small/medium-sized Chinese ecommerce companies, we found an interesting insight. Three out of four business owners don’t think their current localized websites have a problem. However, with SDL, we evaluated over 100 websites for localization quality and found that over 80% need quality improvement. In this case study, we will highlight the challenges of showcasing the importance of localization to Chinese businesses and the impact good localization can have on their global business.

Takeaways: Attendees will get a better understanding of working with Asian companies and their needs: APAC companies are looking for something more than cheap prices and fast turn-around times, they are looking for deeper insights.
