We are living in a world of exponentially evolving technology. However, humans as psychological entities have basically not changed for thousands of years. The way we behave and make decisions is constantly influenced by an infinite number of factors, most of which we are unaware of. Thus, project managers need to find new, creative ways to navigate through the complexity of human connectedness. This ageless human drama demonstrates our journey from following best practices – and getting stuck – to practicing mindfulness and seeing results. This taught us an invaluable lesson about the importance of consciousness and empathy to enable growth.

  • How mindfulness and changing the perspective can help turn a desperate situation into something functional: like building up a new ecosystem of stakeholders by learning people engineering, improving quality through empowering stakeholders, and creating a localization roadmap by aligning localization goals to those of other stakeholders.
