Providing local customers with authentic immersive experiences is the ultimate goal of digital globalization. Such experiences are driven by the different realities that impact different people. It is crucial to measure localization efforts from a holistic and realistic perspective reflecting factors and indicators that can truly make or break local experiences. This should be achieved by linking operational (cost per word) and commercial (conversion rates) metrics to experiential (content shareability) metrics at scale. In this session we will highlight how this can be considered in organizations of various sizes and why it creates value for localization teams.
Takeaways: Participants will learn how to go beyond conventional localization metrics, how to combine various types of metrics and how to build localization business cases focused on customer experiences.
