Many people in the localization industry complain that they can’t advance their careers in localization or switch their careers to other industries. This is not necessarily true, as illustrated by a woman who has successfully developed and switched career paths from technical writing lead, localization vendor manager, lead content strategist to business operation lead. In this session, she will summarize the multiple career paths in and out of localization and the corresponding core skillsets to fulfill those career paths.
