Why does the “old guard” receive all the best attention in localization? Startups are often forced to choose between working with a smaller boutique partner or not getting the A+ team from a large language service provider (LSP) because the larger LSP may have its A+ people busy working on their other large, complex customers. This relates to project management teams, tool development, high-level of customer service, sometimes even the quality of translators. So how do startups fight back? How have some of these companies received the best in industry attention while only having the budget of a startup?

Takeaways: Attendees will get insights into what makes startups different from the “old guard” when it comes to localization, and how they are actually being served today.
