This session will explore how the new technology landscape automates a broader range of language skills and tasks beyond translation. Zach Duncan will present the initial results showcasing how Stripe’s localization team utilizes LLMs to support the localization process and assist other units. Konstantin Savenkov from Intento will share their numbers on how Generative AI improves language experience when combined with traditional, MT-based localization workflows; look at the emerging GenAI workflows that are not related to translation, but focus instead on hyper-personalized content adaptation; discuss how deep language and MT expertise make enterprise localization pros natural leaders of this new wave of productivity; and finally, he will show a teaser of Intento Language Hub, a new platform developed entirely to create and share automatic language skills for tailored and personalized language experience in 650+ languages across multiple connected enterprise systems.
