San Francisco software-as-a-service start-up Optimizely opened its EMEA headquarters in the Netherlands at the beginning of 2013. It quickly went to market with its product, a customer experience optimization platform and company website. After gaining huge international traction, with triple digit year-over-year growth, the business decided to expand its localized offerings and introduced a central localization function in mid-2014.
