Technology innovation and adoption continue to challenge the way we think about global content creation, management and deployment. As technology serves to automate many traditionally manual tasks, it provides a unique opportunity to consider roles within the industry, and which ones will be critical as we move forward in the customer-centric, ‘always-on’ digital age. In this discussion, we will explore how specific technologies and regulations have changed and are changing the content landscape, and roles on the client and vendor-sides that best align with our contemporary business objectives.

Takeaways: Attendees will get a better understanding of how technology has impacted traditional roles in the content life cycle; learn about considerations of new roles that technology automation has created and how we can capitalize on this; and hear thoughtful discourse on future technologies and how they may impact localization as we know it today.
