There is a rising demand for media localization solutions in Africa. This has been on the rise on the back of many supporting factors: economic growth, digital transformation, and the evolution of entertainment sectors. Is this boom temporary or will it be sustainable? In this session, we will explore the current status of this industry within Africa and what the expected future holds for it. The focus will cover the advertising, and entertainment divisions specifically. Speaking to various decision makers, suppliers, and buyers, we want to know what the pull has been for them to venture into the African markets. We want them to share what changes they hope to see within the industry to give way for greater investment and further industry growth.
Takeaways: Attendees will see a clear picture of where the media localization industry is currently; key challenges facing current stakeholders; and a general sentiment of what the future looks like for media localization and what the contributions need to be for Africa to sustain the boom or experience a splat.
