To help more people get jobs, Indeed and Chillistore evolved their content production pipeline from a fully human workflow to one that begins with AI to support human content creation. However, human editing and quality evaluation are still core to this process. This session will address the main challenges in human editing and copywriting, in multiple languages, while maintaining expected quality. It will also cover how editors and quality evaluators have adapted to a new way of working, the cost savings from using AI, and strategies for ensuring consistent quality across all articles.
