In the emerging world of cognitive computing, customer experience has never been more important. And for global companies, this means making their cognitive applications (for example, chatbots, voice recognition and response systems) available in the languages and adapted to the cultural expectations of their worldwide users. The rapid frequency of change and the continuous delivery of cognitive solutions make traditional translation and localization methods technically difficult and cost prohibitive. In this presentation, we’ll explore new methods and techniques for supporting fast and budget-sensitive localization of cognitive solutions that enable and delight customers. We will share best practices and lessons learned for developing global chatbots for various markets.
