Translating highly creative content is always a challenge. Add to that translating highly creative content for a product originally designed for a US-based market and you have a recipe for a disastrous end-user experience when you go global This could include inappropriate use of graphics, humor, symbols and culturally specific metaphors. In this session we will discuss some of the issues ADP encountered when preparing a product for a global launch and the changes (both in the product and in the development / translation processes) that had to be put in place as a result.
