This interactive workshop is for line managers who want to maximize the contribution of their team members.
Coaching is a powerful approach for making the most of people’s potential. In the sports world it’s well established that performance is improved through individual and team coaching. The business world can also gain much from personal, reflective, development-focused techniques. Yet in business, coaching is more talked about than actually practiced. It’s often a privilege reserved only for senior executives and high-flyers. In fact, coaching should be a normal and regularly used leadership tool. In this workshop we’ll explore how to unlock the potential of the people you manage, increasing engagement and ownership. We’ll see that coaching is an effective method to achieve this. Practical sessions will give space to try out techniques and begin your coaching journey. Come with an open mind, ready to participate.
