We all know it’s a significant challenge to get applications to talk to each other securely and reliably. The abundance of interfaces in the localization sector magnifies this challenge and leads to substantial cost and headaches for all involved, particularly considering that so many connectors are proprietary. This is why GALA has evolved TAUS’ Translation API project into TAPICC, an open-source community initiative to develop a framework on which localization teams can base their integration, automation and interoperability efforts. Join us to learn what’s next for the initiative and how you can participate and benefit.

Takeaways: Attendees will get an update on the current collaborative development on API standardization; learn how TAPICC fits into the current standards landscape and what it means to you; and learn the areas that need stakeholder involvement and contributions.
