Aki Hayashi is a senior manager of Globalization Program Management Office (PMO) at Dell Technologies with twenty plus years of experience in the localization industry. In this role, Aki leads a team of project and program managers and oversees both localization and event globalization programs. She is passionate about learning new things for the future, elevating the role of PMO, and leading the team with a vision of building the Globalization Center of Excellence. Aki holds a master of science degree in international affairs from Northeastern University in Boston, where she resides with her family and two cats.
