With nearly fifteen years of experience in the translation and localization industry, Benjamin Esch currently leads a translation and review team for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. In addition to managing relationships with external translation vendors, he works with stakeholders across regional, operational, and business teams to create and maintain a unified global brand voice across fifteen languages. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in German from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, he enjoys sports (running, soccer, martial arts, you name it), cooking (although poorly), beer, chocolate, and spending time with his lovely family.
