Christian Jaekl is a senior developer on Shopify’s international growth team. Based in Ottawa, Canada, he works with staff around the world to adapt the ecommerce platform for success in international markets. Before joining Shopify in 2018, Christian worked for 1WorldSync in Tokyo, Japan, customizing that German-American company’s product data software for the Asia/Pacific market. If he’s not working, he’s probably drinking coffee, baking bread or helping his daughters with their French homework.
