With a background in languages and translation, she trains and coordinates a team of 20 in-house translators, as well as streamlining localization workflows to provide translated content to the entire company. Sitting in the technology department, Ilenia ensures localization requirements are met as early as the initial development stages, working in close collaboration with copywriters, developers and user experience designers.
