Inger Larsen is the founder of Larsen Globalization, which has provided recruitment services to the localization industry worldwide since 2000. In their recruitment efforts they use an integrated platform with video presentation, psychometric candidate profiling and assessment, plus English business language tests. Inger has worked in localization since 1984, first as a freelancer then as an in-house software localizer and project manager for IBM in Oslo, teaching localization at Surrey University in the UK, as a project and program manager for Microsoft in Dublin and in account management and sales for Xerox in Slough, UK and for Lernout & Hauspie (now Lionbridge).
