Jeff Marques is a senior experience manager at Adobe in New York City, and has been with the company since 2012. He manages software and documentation globalization programs in Adobe’s Digital Experience group, acting as the main point of contact between product and globalization teams. Additionally, Jeff leads the development of new localization workflow processes and best practices, especially around documentation. He is currently driving the markdown documentation initiative at Adobe, focusing on improving localization efficiencies and customer experience. Jeff enjoys languages, martial arts, mediation and comic books, and holds a BA in Japanese from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, as well as PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
