Jennifer has been working with Machine Learning technology since 2018, which led to her current role at Smartling where she is currently driving the AI technology research and development strategy. Her career has spanned SaaS for e-commerce, fintech, and localization, where she focused on UX, Product Management, and enterprise implementation. Jennifer has diverse background and received her MS, Design for Interaction, Industrial Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology and BS in Architectural Studies from University of Southern California.
