As a lean director, Lorena Canduela is responsible for implementing lean methodologies throughout the different offices within Welocalize Life Sciences. She acts as a facilitator, helping the team to achieve quality and mitigate risks through efficient, strong processes and continuous improvement. Lorena holds a bachelor’s degree in translation and interpreting from the University of Granada, and a master’s degree in translation technology. She previously worked as a project manager within the same company; the knowledge she acquired in this position was fundamental in developing her lean role.
