Lucie Séguin

Translation Bureau, Public Services and Procurement Canada

As chief executive officer of the Translation Bureau, Lucie Séguin oversees all the Bureau’s translation, interpreting and terminology services for federal departments and agencies, and the Parliament of Canada in both official languages and more than 100 indigenous and foreign languages. Her main mission is to continue making the Bureau a center of excellence in linguistic services for the Government of Canada and a frontrunner in the adoption of artificial intelligence. Lucie has a bachelor’s degree in education, a master’s degree in public administration and certification from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
